DECEMBER HOLIDAYS—HOW TO NAVIGATE THEM WITH EASE
December is for many of us, a month a holidays….Hanukkah. Kwanza. Christmas. New Year’s. And even if we don’t celebrate any of these traditions, it can still be a busy and intense time of year.
The month can be uplifting and joyous. But it can also be challenging and stressful. And lots of intense emotions can come up for us.
